Hotel Moraine, a new waterfront resort out on the North Fork (the b-side of the Hamptons), has officially opened its doors. From the owners of Croteaux, the country's only all-rose vineyard, the property is set on three acres along the Long Island Sound.
Inspired by the surrounding farmland and coastal seascape, the hotel features barn-like structures that house the 20 guestrooms, lobby bar, and sundries shop, plus a cottage with games and an outdoor bar.
