New York City-based designer Pierre Josselin of Jeffrey Beers International designed the 1,200 square-foot Shenandoah Suite, and the two 1,100 square-foot Magnolia suites. These urban retreats, inspired by Washington, DC's grand architecture and lush parks, provide the ultimate escape.

Located on Fairmont Gold, the Shenandoah Suite overlooks the lush courtyard garden. The parlor features an expansive living and dining area, butler's pantry and powder room. The king-bedded guest room allows a connecting guest room, with two queen beds, if needed.

The color scheme is fresh and bright to maximize the natural light flowing through the windows. The living rooms and bedrooms, painted white with additional wall trim, cast an elevated appeal. The dark stained wood flooring and gold wallcoverings add contrast. Rich walnut and natural stone millwork and plush inset carpet, paired with furniture in neutral and green fabrics, provides a soft and residential feel. Fully renovated bathrooms in white and grey marble and new vanities create a spa-like experience.

The artwork, inspired by the historical prominence of Washington, DC provides contemporary sophistication and historical tradition as seen through the abstract visuals. Each piece is reminiscent of iconic landmarks with nods to grand architecture and beautiful gardens. Playing homage to the layered past of the nation's capital, guests are encouraged to immerse themselves in the urban oasis of luxury and leisure.

The Magnolia Suites, also overlooking the courtyard, share the same design elements as the Shenandoah Suite. The king-bedded guest room, and the living and dining areas, offers alternative vistas of the courtyard. A connecting guest room with two queen beds is also available upon request. Fairmont Gold access is also available to those staying in the Magnolia Suites.
