Warren Street Hotel

Third New York Property For Firmdale Opens in Tribeca

Similar to its sibling properties in New York, Crosby Street and The Whitby, the Warren Street Hotel showcases the vivid and imaginative interior designs characteristic of Kit Kemp Design Studio.

A Nod to Local Charm The hotel first captures attention with its striking blue facade topped with a vibrant yellow, leading guests to its lively and dynamic interiors. Warren Street Hotel strives to be a visual journey as well as a haven of comfort for its visitors.

Nestled in the heart of the historic Tribeca neighborhood, known for its red-brick warehouses and quaint cobblestone streets, the hotel is surrounded by a rich selection of eateries, cafes, and art galleries.

Echoing its historical context as a former textiles center in the 19th century, Warren Street Hotel incorporates textiles in its design, featuring pieces sourced and created by Kit Kemp, along with her latest collaborative works with Christopher Farr Cloth, GP&J Baker, and Spode.

Art-Enriched Spaces The hotel boasts 69 unique rooms, suites, and residences, each adorned with Kit Kemp's distinctive blend of colors, textures, and fabrics. Design highlights include ornate headboards and custom lighting, while select suites also offer terraced gardens.

A standout feature is the 150-seat contemporary brasserie, Warren Street Bar & Restaurant, offering a global menu amid a gallery-like setting adorned with various artworks.

The property is a tapestry of eclectic art, showcasing sculptures by Tony Cragg and Wendell Castle. Creativity is a constant theme, evidenced by the use of Kit Kemp's 'Tall Trees' fine bone china by Spode in the dining area.
