Hilton signed agreement with Mashareq Investment for the development of Conrad Riyadh Laysen Valley.
Hilton (NYSE: HLT) has announced the signing of an agreement with Mashareq Investment to open Conrad Riyadh Laysen Valley at the beginning of 2025. The Conrad Hotels & Resorts property will be the second for the brand in Saudi Arabia, joining Conrad Makkah.
Conrad Riyadh Laysen Valley will mark the brand's entry into the heart of Riyadh, bringing bold design and world-class guest experiences to the Saudi capital. The 170-key hotel will feature an indoor pool, fitness centre, boutique spa, seven meeting rooms spanning over 500 square metres, and multiple dining outlets, providing guests with ample opportunity to explore its recreational and culinary facilities.
Conrad Riyadh Laysen Valley will be located in one of Riyadh's most prominent high-end, mixed-use real estate projects, Laysen Valley. Located opposite to the city's Diplomatic Quarter (DQ) and near the Kingdom's royal court and corporate business hubs, the hotel will serve as a convenient meeting point for both residents and international business travellers.

Hilton currently operates 16 hotels in Saudi Arabia with plans to open over 50 new hotels across 10 of its brands, making the country the company's largest pipeline market in the EMEA region. Projects include the introduction of new brands such as LXR Hotels & Resorts, Canopy by Hilton, Embassy Suites by Hilton, and Hampton by Hilton. The company plans to grow its portfolio to more than 75 properties in Saudi Arabia over the coming years.
