Vikram has over 20 years of experience in the hospitality industry. ?Prior to join Royal Orchid Sheraton Hotel & Tower, Vikram previously Hotel Manager at Sheraton Grande Laguna Phuket and also task force General Manager at The Naka Island, A Luxury Collection Resort & Spa, Phuket. Vikram received his B.A. in Economics from Loyola College, Chennai, India and a Masters of Management in Hospitality from Cornell University, Ithaca, United States. Vikram has strong revenue management background and business acumen, combined with his recent operations experience in Thailand. His arrival promises a new and exciting phase for Royal Orchid Sheraton Hotel & Towers.
