Danielle Dudai

Danielle Dudai is Of Counsel at Hall Booth Smith’s West Palm Beach office, and she concentrates her practice on corporate and partnership matters, business transactions, business litigation, blockchain, and cryptocurrency compliance. She serves as outside general counsel to several small and mid-sized businesses in both the State of Florida and Texas.

Since joining HBS, Danielle has also demonstrated strength in her litigation skills on long term care, professional liability, and general liability matters. She also handles transactions involving the transfer and leasing of real estate, including assisting clients negotiating deal documents and due diligence for such transactions.

Before joining Hall Booth Smith, Danielle founded and owned her own boutique litigation and general counsel services firm in the Miami/Fort Lauderdale area. She focused on serving as outside counsel to small businesses and entity selection, formation, and operation as well as on employee matters. She regularly advises clients on ongoing matters within their businesses or individual transactions including contracts, employee agreements and handbooks, buy-sell agreements, and other operational matters.
