New World Hotels furthers its expansion plans inChinawith two new projects in areas of high economic potential opening in 2015. In all, 14 New World Hotels are in operation or in the pipeline, with a focus onChina.

Foshan

New World Foshan Hotel will be a deluxe city resort located next to an 18-hole golf course and country club in the Dahaohu resort zone. The 317-room, low-rise resort, 10 minutes' drive from theFoshanShadiAirport, will feature guestrooms with balconies overlooking the greenery and serene lake views. Dining options will include a café, Chinese restaurant, and lobby lounge and bar. Meeting facilities totalling 5,000 square metres will include a pillar-less ballroom accommodating up to 1,000 guests, eight function rooms and a wedding pavilion. Other recreational facilities will include a health club, spa and outdoor swimming pool.

Langfang

New World Langfang Hotel will be situated in the Langfang central business district. Located in the eastern-central part ofHebeiProvince, the city is a 40-minute drive fromBeijingand 45-minute drive fromTianjin. Langfang is destined to attract both business and leisure travel: it is designated as a future information technology and advanced technology hub, while environmental conservation is integral to its city planning. The hotel will offer 290 guestrooms and a total of 2,524 square metres of meeting space including two ballrooms and six multiple-function meeting rooms. Dining, entertainment and recreational options will include a café, specialty restaurant, Chinese restaurant, lobby lounge and bar, as well as health club, indoor swimming pool and spa.
