Sofya McIntosh has been appointed SVP of Sales & Customer Success at ComOps in Cooper City

Sofya is a seasoned professional with over 25 years of experience in both hotel operations and technology sales leadership. Her comprehensive background in the industry, starting as a reservations agent, underscores her deep-rooted passion for empowering hospitality operators to excel and expand.
Sofya has demonstrated a proven track record of delivering strong results and has supported several leading business intelligence and hospitality technology firms, including TravelClick, Rainmaker, Oracle Hotel Effectiveness, and Kalibri Labs. Her extensive knowledge in revenue management, marketing solutions, business intelligence, and profit optimization is enhanced by her role as an HSMAI Sales Advisory Board Member, where she contributes to shaping sales strategies across the hospitality industry.
