MariaPia Intini

MariaPia Intini is a Development and Investment Director at vertically-integrated owner-operator citizenM hotels, where she focuses on sourcing, underwriting, and executing real estate transactions across target cities in Europe. In her role, she is also responsible for monitoring progress and compliance of development projects in line with the approved investment parameters, from deal closing to hotel opening. Prior to joining citizenM, MariaPia held various roles in the Hotels EMEA team at Colliers International and Cushman & Wakefield, where she gained extensive experience in hotel advisory and valuation acting for a wide range of parties including lenders, operators and multiple types of investors. Mariapia is a RICS-certified Chartered Surveyor and holds a Master’s Degree in Hotel Real Estate Finance and Investment from Cornell University (USA), where she completed a rotational programme at Marriott International’s US headquarters.
