Louise Bang

Louise Bang is the regional vice president of sales and distribution for Marriott International's Caribbean and Latin America region, which encompasses 489 hotels spread over 21 brands in 37 countries. With more than 20 years of experience in the hospitality industry, Ms. Bang considers herself a global citizen and has lived in Europe, the Middle East, and the United States. She focuses on developing talent and inspiring travel and recognizes that creating genuinely memorable experiences is what keeps guests coming back. In her current role, she leads the sales and distribution strategy for Marriott International's Caribbean & Latin American hotels. She is an eternal cheerleader of travel, inspires her teams and colleagues to exceed expectations, and helps grow the demand for travel to the region, thereby supporting the rapid expansion as Marriott expands its footprint in the Caribbean and Latin America.
