Temenos Anguilla, a St. Regis Retreat will create a refined luxury lifestyle offering a unique experience for owners and guests. The resort will feature St. Regis standards including large accommodations, luxurious bathrooms, fine furnishings and fine dining as well as the brand's incredible levels of service that will not only be available to guests, but also to villa and home owners. The announcement comes at a time when Starwood is making a strong overall push to grow its St. Regis brand through mixed-use hotel/residential projects in luxury resort destinations around the world, including Mexico and Asia Pacific, in addition to the Caribbean.
Starwood will partner with New York-based Flag Luxury Properties and investor Robert F.X. Sillerman to develop the Retreat. Located in Rendezvous Bay, Anguilla, the resort will feature 97 rooms, 20 Estate Homes and 16 Oceanfront villas. Some of the residences will be ready for occupancy in 2005.

Temenos Anguilla, a St. Regis Retreat, will feature an 18-Hole Championship golf course developed by Greg Norman scheduled to open in 2005 which will be Anguilla's first golf course. The spa and fitness facilities are intended to be the most elite in the Caribbean as are the Retreat's multiple food and beverage offerings including an ideally located beachfront bar.
