Comfort Inn & Suites Sanford, FL Wins 2007 Gold Hospitality Award
Sanford, Florida, | The Comfort Inn & Suites Sanford, Florida, has received a 2007 Gold Hospitality Award from Choice Hotels International, Inc. (NYSE:CHH), one of the world’s largest lodging franchisors.
This year, all Choice Hotels properties were judged based on a customer focused awards process that measured the hotel’s ability to meet guest needs. The Comfort Inn & Suites Sanford earned this prestigious award because it was among the top hotels in the Choice family of brands, meeting several key thresholds important to achieving guest satisfaction. First, the hotel scored high marks for cleanliness and property maintenance. Second, they maintained a low ratio of guest complaints. Third, they had no more than one “unresponsive” guest complaint on record over the last year. Fourth, the hotel met or exceeded Comfort Inn standards and fulfilled all promises of Comfort Inn to consumers. Finally, guest surveys revealed that they were much more likely to recommend this hotel to friends and family following their stay because of the great experience they had.
"The Comfort Inn & Suites Sanford won this award because of their strong commitment to providing the highest level of guest care and guest satisfaction,” said Chuck Ledsinger, vice chairman and chief executive officer, Choice Hotels.
Owned and operated by I-4 Properties of Winter Park, Florida, and managed by Newport Hospitality Group of Williamsburg, Virginia, the Comfort Inn & Suites hotel features 107 guestrooms and 2 meeting rooms that can accommodate up to 80 people, as well as an outdoor pool, complimentary fitness center and business center.
