Dan Hermes Fine Art is the winner of the12th Annual IIDA/Hospitality Design Magazine Product Design Competition in the Artwork category. Exhibiting at the Hospitality Design Expo 2008 in Las Vegas, the gallery is dedicated exclusively to moving digital paintings. For use in hospitality environments as museum-quality framed flat screen televisions displaying moving twenty-first century imagery, these works transform hallways, lobbys, guest rooms, and lounges into memorable luxury experiences. Customized to designer specifications, we reinvent the Painting for the contemporary hospitality setting. In these works organic shapes and colors form abstract sculpture, natural landscapes, neo-classical portraits, and gradually changing “still life”. Painting, video, and computer animation fuse with design and luxury sensibility. Guests find themselves hypnotized and transported by our evolving twenty-first century art.
