Nickelodeon Family Suites Hires EzRMS
Family-Friendly Resort to Utilise New Revenue Management Services
Orlando's entertainment destination, Nickelodeon Family Suites, is the latest resort to feature the EzRMS™ Product Suite and all of its Revenue Management capabilities.
The 777-room, 24-acre property in the heart of Orlando's tourism district, known as 'Nick Hotel', has selected EasyRMS as its systems provider for all Revenue Management services after a lengthy RFP process in the beginning of 2009.
"I think the decision to go with EzRMS™ over all others was a combination of price, product functionality, ease of use / user friendliness and interface capabilities with Opera," says Phil Robart, Director of Sales and Operations - North America.
EasyRMS installed the EzRMS™ Core Module, Ez-QUOTE™, Ez-BUDGET™& Ez-COMPETE™ Additional Modules and the extraction and upload interfaces to Opera V5 PMS.

Tim Schulte, EasyRMS Revenue Management Consultant based in the US, who led the installation and training of EzRMS™ at the Nick Hotel, says the hotel has included EzRMS™ into their revenue management meetings regularly, and that various users log into the system to monitor the information provided by EzRMS™ on a daily basis.
"The hotel had solid revenue management practices already in place prior to the installation of EzRMS™" says Tim, "but the new system has allowed the hotel to automate a lot of these processes by providing functionality to upload directly into Opera." He says they have also been able to decrease the time spent creating reports and increase the time they can actually analyse the data, given the ability to produce reports directly from EzRMS™.
"We like to keep our focus on providing a great guest experience, and the ease of transition to this new service has let us do just that," said Struna.
