Kinseth Hospitality Company (KHC) is pleased to announce the opening of the Baymont Inn & Suites located at 4115 Riverview Street, in Bellevue, Iowa. Construction of the 48 room hotel was recently completed by the hotel's owner, AJ Spiegel, of Peosta, Iowa, with the purpose of offering accommodations to all travelers visiting this Mississippi town. KHC will be providing the management and operational services for the property.

According to Geoffrey Tompson, the new General Manager of the Baymont Inn & Suites, "Our staff is excited to begin serving the Bellevue community. We feel that the new Baymont Inn & Suites will provide this area with a truly first-class, medium-priced, hotel option and are looking forward to welcoming new guests!"

An official grand opening celebration took place on July 17th from 4:00 - 6:00 PM to give everyone in the community of Bellevue, Iowa and the surrounding areas a glimpse at what the hotel has to offer. The celebration was a huge success with nearly 400 guests, who were able to enjoy complimentary drinks and hors d'oeuvres, including turkey pinwheels, chicken wings, and fresh vegetables trays. Guests were also encouraged to take part in tours of the new Baymont Inn & Suites, the Off Shore Bar & Grill, and The Shore Event Centre. Following tours participates were eligible to win raffle prizes including an ipad and an ipod.

The Baymont Inn & Suites features city-view and river-view guest rooms that include in-room refrigerators, microwaves, and complimentary wireless Internet. Guest amenities include indoor pool, fitness center, complimentary breakfast, and a 24-Hour market. The hotel is conveniently located next to the Off Shore Bar & Grill and The Shore Event Centre, also managed by Kinseth Hospitality Companies.
