SETE, Greek Tourism Confederation, Enters Data Partnership with ReviewPro
Greece’s leading hospitality association to leverage the Global Review IndexTM, ReviewPro’s award-winning online reputation score, to measure online guest satisfaction of the country’s hotels & destinations
SETE Tourism Confederation, Greece's largest and most important hospitality association, has signed a strategic partnership with ReviewPro, the leading provider of online reputation and social media analytics for the hotel industry.
Under this agreement, SETE will leverage ReviewPro's award-winning online reputation analytics to gain insight into guest satisfaction by region and destination for their Marketing Greece initiative. SETE boasts almost 50,000 members, many of which are hotels and tourism organizations. The partnership with ReviewPro will enable SETE to produce more focused marketing campaigns for separate geographical areas, effectively boosting tourism in the country. With over 17 million arrivals in Greece in 2013 and an anticipated 20 million arrivals in 2014, tourism forms a key part of the national economy.
ReviewPro's online reputation management (ORM) analytics provide critical insight into overall guest satisfaction levels for all SETE member hotels as well as strengths and weaknesses across a variety of departments. The company aggregates millions of of reviews from more than 100 of the most relevant online travel agencies, review websites and social media platforms for clients in over 90 countries. The backbone of these analytics is the Global Review Index™ (GRI), the industry standard benchmark for online guest satisfaction, which will assist SETE in measuring individual performance of hotels as well as performance by region and destination.
