On the heels of Vantage Hospitality's recent acquisition of the America's Best Inns & Suites®, Country Hearth Inns & Suites®, and Jameson Inn® brands, the America's Best Inn in Burns, OR has converted to an Americas Best Value Inn, making it the first of many properties to take advantage of the opportunities created by Vantage's aggressive plans to reposition the acquired brands.

Vantage also intends to re-launch Signature Inn®, acquired at the same time, as a budget brand. The brands, and the current licenses, were acquired by Vantage on January 12, 2015, as part of its commitment to ensure that it is able to offer clearly distinct brands for each segment of the industry, from budget through upscale.

While the transaction was pending, owners of the branded hotels were invited to learn about Vantage's unique brand affiliation model and the company's hotelier-focused philosophy, in advance of having an opportunity to experience the culture first hand in December at Vantage's 15th annual conference. At that time, executives announced that they would not be continuing to develop America's Best Inns & Suites, and would work with existing branded properties to help maximize their opportunities through the company's other brands.

The first to sign on the dotted line were MJ and Leena Patel from Burns, who had been with ABI for 14 years.
