Guestline have undertaken their first international installation of the Best Western Two Way PMS Interface into the Best Western PLUS Maple Leaf Hotel, Bangladesh.

Guestline's cloud hosted property management system, Rezlynx, Online Booking Manager and EPoS were implemented as part of the overall site install to provide an integrated reservation solution that complies with the Best Western mandate.

The solutions will enable the hotel to offer live online availability on their own website that obeys the rate management controls within the PMS to help drive direct bookings and generate additional revenue whilst reducing commission costs.

The advanced features of Guestline's Online Booking Manager and shopping basket functionality make multiple room reservations and bookings for different room types effortless, substantially reducing booking times and improving customer service. The tool also provides the hotel with the opportunity to add upsells and photos thereby increasing average room rates.

The Best Western PLUS Maple Leaf Hotel has 56 bedrooms alongside a spa, restaurant and is conveniently located within walking distance of Hazrat Shahjalal International Airport.
