AC Hotel by Marriott Irvine

PHG Hotel Fund I, an affiliate of Pacific Hospitality Group, opened the 176-room AC Hotel Irvine in Orange County, Calif. Located within 1 mile of John Wayne Airport, the property resides in the City of Irvine"s Park Place development – a mixed-use office, retail and residential community that serves as home to a variety of tech, finance and global companies.

Designed with entrepreneurial spirits in mind, the hotel caters to those who are on the go through its food-and-beverage programming, service, locally inspired art and modern guestrooms. Both business and leisure guests will have access to the hotel"s heated pool located on its second floor, complimentary Wi-Fi, fitness center and Hydration Stations on each guestroom floor. Three meeting spaces are also available to guests, including two audiovisual-equipped Media Salons for up to eight people and a 500-square-foot meeting room for up to 40. Kallpods, wireless service buttons, are provided in the public and meetings spaces, enabling guests to request a staff member"s attention.
