Hilton Expands in Argentina with Hampton by Hilton Hotel in Greater Buenos Aires

Hampton by Hilton, Hilton's (NYSE: HLT) upper-midscale brand and leader in the category,today announced the signing of its second Hampton by Hilton hotel in Argentina - Hampton by Hilton Buenos Aires Parque Leloir. Owned and developed by Romay Desarrollos Inmobiliarios, the 72-room hotel is set to open in 2021 and will form part of the Thays Parque Leloir mixed-use building, featuring two swimming pools, a fitness center, spa, convention center, retail, residences and a variety of dining outlets.

"We have five hotels currently under construction in Argentina and look forward to introducing our Hampton by Hilton brand in Greater Buenos Aires."
Located on Avenida Martin Fierro and Calle del Cielo, approximately eight miles from El Palomar Airport and 25 miles from Ministro Pistarini International Airport, Hampton by Hilton Buenos Aires Parque Leloir will offer guests convenient access to the area's dining and entertainment, as well as an opportunity to experience one of the largest protected ecological zones of the province.

Hampton by Hilton Buenos Aires Parque Leloir's guestrooms will feature HDTV, free in-room movie channels and a coffeemaker. Guests will also take advantage of value-added amenities such as a lobby bar, 24-hour business center, complimentary Wi-Fi, free, hot breakfast and On the Run™ Breakfast Bags (available Monday-Friday) for the on-the-go traveler.
Hilton currently has a portfolio of more than 130 hotels and resorts open and welcoming travelers in the Caribbean and Latin America, including three hotels in Argentina. The company has a robust development pipeline of more than 80 hotels throughout the region, including five hotels under construction in Argentina.
