The hotel was developed by Meeder Development Corporation of Lancaster and is owned by Square Development LP, a partnership led by John Meeder and Sam Wilsker.

Located at 26 East Chestnut Street, Holiday Inn Lancaster features a full-service restaurant, The Imperial, and 19,000 square feet of event and meeting space. The 10-story hotel also features a 5,000-square-foot lobby, an indoor swimming pool, a 24-hour sundry shop, guest laundry facilities and a fitness center.
