Mandarin Oriental Announces New Hotel and Residences in Tel Aviv

Mandarin Oriental Hotel Group has announced that it will manage a new hotel and residential project in Tel Aviv, which is scheduled to open at the end of 2023.
The Group will be the first luxury hospitality brand to enter the city and Mandarin Oriental, Tel Aviv will provide guests with the exemplary service for which the brand is renowned.
The property's outstanding feature will be its unrivalled waterfront location overlooking one of the city's pristine Mediterranean beaches. Based in the city's most exclusive residential area, it is within walking distance of vibrant restaurants, shopping and nightlife. Many of the region's attractions are easily accessible, including the holy city of Jerusalem, which can be reached in an hour.
The hotel will have 225 spacious rooms, including 44 suites, with most accommodation offering vistas of the Mediterranean and the Tel Aviv skyline. There will be five restaurants and bars serving a variety of cuisines and a range of flexible meeting facilities including an elegant ballroom.
The Group's signature wellness therapies and treatments will be provided by the expansive Spa at Mandarin Oriental, and the property will also feature a well-equipped fitness centre. A particular standout will be the extensive pool area with a variety of outdoor dining options and a waterfront pool club offering a wide range of sports activities.
The 230 Residences at Mandarin Oriental will provide a range of dedicated facilities, as well as access to all the hotel's amenities and Mandarin Oriental's legendary service.
The project is being developed by Seagate Real Estate Ltd., led by Hertzel Habas, one of the most respected luxury residential developers in Tel Aviv and Orit Freedman Weissman, a former Goldman Sachs partner.
The international firm, Kohn Pederson Fox (KPF), who designed The Landmark Mandarin Oriental in Hong Kong, have been appointed as hotel architects, with interiors by Antonio Citterio Patricia Viel, who were also responsible for the interiors of Mandarin Oriental hotels in Milan and Bodrum. Moshe Tzur Architects, Israel's leading architectural firm, has been appointed to design The Residences at Mandarin Oriental, with interiors by Milan based Michael Vincent Uy (MVUY).
The project is being developed by Seagate Real Estate Ltd. an Israeli corporation dedicated to executing this project to the highest standards. Hertzel Habas has been a prominent figure in the local real estate landscape for over three decades and developed the city's iconic residential projects Yoo Tel Aviv and 1 Rothschild Boulevard, in collaboration with renowned global designers and architects.
