The 419-room Hilton Toronto Airport Hotel & Suites announced the completion of its multi-million-dollar renovation today, debuting new public spaces, guest rooms and a new restaurant — Mosaic Kitchen, Bar and Lounge.

Diners can delight in trying Nonna's Meatballs in house-made marinara served with creamy ricotta or opt for a vegan-friendly dish with the Quinoa Vegetable Burger made with oats, pecans, brown rice, mushrooms, roasted peppers and vegan mayonnaise on a potato chive bun. Cocktail enthusiasts can sip on craft classics and signature cocktails, including the warming Smoked Maple Old Fashioned.
