A highly anticipated newcomer to the Orlando hotel scene, TRYP by Wyndham Orlando—the city's newest hotel and the first TRYP by Wyndham hotel to arrive in Orlando—has announced its grand opening on Saturday, November 14th. Demings will be in attendance of this socially distanced ceremony along with other hotel executives and representatives.

Building on TRYP by Wyndham Orlando's inviting accommodations, the hotel's signature tapas restaurant and on-site gastropub named Gastro 539 serves local craft beers from nearby breweries designed to cater to guests' every appetite.

Among TRYP by Wyndham Orlando's 98 stylish and modern guest rooms are 22 family rooms, which offer extra space to spread out along with bunk beds for kids and a larger bed for parents. The hotel is owned by an affiliated company of Riviera Pointe Invest+ Develop, and will be managed by C&W Hotel Management Company. Riviera Point Invest + Develop is an experienced and prolific developer with a successful track record of completing over 1.3 million square feet of commercial real estate financed with EB-5 funds and private equity from foreign investors seeking to protect and grow their capital. Under the EB-5 investor visa program, foreign investors can invest at least $900,000 in job creating projects in exchange for their green card. Riviera Point is considered a South Florida pioneer in the development of commercial properties using EB-5 financing.
