The Italian Hospitality team Cushman & Wakefield has advised Quercia S.r.l. on the search and selection of the new operator for the management of the Paradise Resort & SPA, 5-star hotel, located in the "Lu Impostu" bay in Puntaldìa, Sardinia. The operator selected is the Baglioni Hotels & Resorts, a leading group in the luxury hotels category.

The "Lu Impostu" bay, also known as "the pearl" of the north-east, is one of the most renowned destinations in Sardinia, thanks to its long white beaches and crystal clear waters. Ahead of the scheduled opening on the 1st of June 2021, the project foresees the re-branding of the resort, as the Baglioni Resort Puntaldìa, and becoming a new member of The Leading Hotels of the World organization.

The resort features 78 rooms, suites and villas, including stunning views of one of the most beautiful beaches in Sardinia, only a few minutes walking distance away. A swimming pool with solarium and two swimming pools for children are located in the vast open-air spaces of the private garden which measures three hectares and extends towards the seaside. The gastronomic restaurant "Gusto" by Claudio Sadler enriches the F&B offer of the Resort in addition to a second restaurant offering light Italian food, a Pool Bar and a Terrace Bar.
