The Hudson Whaler Hotel, the newest boutique hotel in Hudson, NY, is now accepting reservations for stays beginning June 22, 2021. The new hotel incorporates modern style while staying true to the property's historic roots, with thoughtful touches that gently remind visitors of Hudson's maritime origin. Inspired by the nautical and artistic nuances of the charming town, The Hudson Whaler Hotel exudes an unmatched sense of ease and refinement centrally located on Hudson's main spine, Warren Street.

The hotel's hallways are painted in a jewel box style in dark blue as if walking through the interior of a ship. Upon opening the door to one of the property's 16 suites guests are welcomed to a bright space dressed in soothing light-nautical tones of blues and whites. Large windows that allow the natural light to filter in are donned in custom fabrics to compliment the chic custom carpeting below. With the intention to create a cozy respite, suites feature fireplaces decorated with custom whaling vessel wallpaper, as well as offer king beds and large bathrooms complete with deep soaking tubs.

An array of in-room amenities includes a thoughtfully curated refrigerator stocked with locally sourced beverages and snacks including a complimentary handmade chocolate whale, crafted by local chocolatier Vasilow's Confectionery. Additionally, thoughtful consideration was given to the sound proofing of each room, using sustainable, recycled paper pulp for insulation to ensure a quiet stay.
