Pacific Hotel Management will celebrate the grand re-opening of The Westin Palo Alto following the completion of a year and a half, multi-million dollar transformation. Executive Chef Mark Ayers will unveil a new vegetable and herb garden in one of the Courtyards to complement the California-inspired dining at Soleil Restaurant and Bar which will be opening this fall. A refreshed seasonal room service menu will be available beginning September 1st.
