Omni Hotels & Resorts today announced the exciting reopening of its famed New York hotel, Omni Berkshire Place. Today, the doors will open again, and welcome back its cherished associates, guests, long-time clients, tourists, and decades-long traditions that epitomize New York City during the fall and holiday seasons.

The 398-room historic hotel dates back to 1926 and was originally designed by famed architects Warren & Wetmore, the firm that designed Grand Central Terminal. Created to provide guests with a residential townhouse feel, accommodations are spacious and traditionally stylized to maximize comfort. The hotel has 44 suites available to guests including the landmark Rodgers & Hammerstein suite, where the two Broadway giants collaborated on their first masterpiece "Oklahoma!" in 1942. The property is honored by its unique place in history and actively engages in this legacy.

"Omni Hotels & Resorts is proud to welcome back travelers - both leisure and business - to a destination that is not only a cornerstone of its portfolio, but also a celebrated destination," said Peter Strebel, President of Omni Hotels & Resorts. "The bright lights of Broadway shine again, world-class dining has returned, and floats will take to the skies for the Macy's Thanksgiving Day Parade, all hallmark milestones that continue to signal recovery, and we are thrilled to be a part of the city's resurgence."

Omni Berkshire Place is conveniently located on 52nd Street between Madison and 5th Avenues in the heart of Manhattan. Guests of the hotel will revel in the close proximity to quintessential experiences that are hallmarks of New York, including shopping on Fifth Avenue, Broadway shows, Central Park, Radio City Music Hall, and more.
