True to its namesake, the beverage program features a vast array of rocks-style and frozen drinks served with signature salt rims and garnished with herbs and ingredients grown in the on-site mixology garden. Signature concoctions include the Smokey Eyes, made with Espolon Tequila, Cointreau, serrano simply syrup, lime juice, pineapple juice, and Li Hing Mui dried plum powder, garnished with the Morado Majesty salt rim; the Community Service with Desert Door Texas Sotol, local bloody mary mix, lime juice, local hot sauce and local lager accented with the Chester's Reserve salt rim; and the Seasoned Traveler, a boozy, tropical sipper made with Balcones Texas Rye, Heirloom Pineapple Amaro, Ancho Reyes, sweet vermouth and lemon bitters, garnished with the Cafe Au Zeste sugar rim. A selection of wines, local beers and small plates such as roasted garlic baba ganoush and Texas-style burrata with Thai red chili sauce round out the menu.
