Kimpton Wade Hotel

Set to open this summer in Atlanta's Midtown neighborhood, Kimpton's much-anticipated hotel announces its name, Kimpton Wade Hotel, and the appointment of its leader, General Manager Alan Rae. The Wade will be part of MetLife Investment Management's Midtown Union development, a mixed-use community located in the city's "Heart of the Arts" and new epicenter for business. Located at 17^th Street and West Peachtree Street, The Wade will offer instant connection to the complex's green office space - anchored by global asset management firm Invesco, dining and retail outlets and luxury high-rise apartment homes, quickly becoming a sought-after destination for locals and out-of-towners alike. As a sparkling 12-story new-build boutique hotel, The Wade will feature 230 sophisticated guest rooms, including six suites and one Presidential Suite. With interiors by Studio 11 Design, The Wade's guest rooms will boast a cool, calming color palette of natural tones and deep blues with floor-to-ceiling windows looking out over Midtown's bustling scene.
