Pacific Hospitality Group is proud to announce the renovation and repositioning of Hotel Granduca Austin. Beginning on June 18, Hotel Granduca will undergo an exciting transformation with the addition of a new spa, complete overhaul of the signature restaurant and bar, renovated pool deck and lobby, and more. The hotel will remain in operation during the renovations, which are expected to be completed in early fall. The renovation design and construction is spearheaded by interior design firm Hotel Studio, McCabe Architecture, Digney York Associates and PHG.
Located on the hillside of Austin at 320 South Capital of Texas Highway, Hotel Granduca is a palazzo villa offering guests the best of Austin's natural abundance without sacrificing convenience. The 190,000-square ft. retreat sits on 38 acres of lush greenery and offers impeccable service with an authentic blend of Italian-inspired design and the relaxed, easy-going atmosphere that Austin is known for.
As guests arrive at Hotel Granduca, they will be received in a renovated lobby with a "Living Room" lounging area and small boutique market featuring local goods and necessities. Hotel Granduca's amenities will also extend with a pool deck redesign complete with fireplace and cabanas, in addition to the spa that all adds to the luxurious feel of the hotel and offers a relaxing retreat to give guests a more holistic stay. The spa will open on the second floor of the hotel with a menu including massages, facials, and more, and will feature amenities such as a relaxation lounge, men's and women's locker rooms complete with steam room, and sauna. The eight treatment room facility will include a designated couple's suite as well as a private spa suite complete with experiential shower and hydrotherapy tub.
Hotel Granduca's on-premise dining, patio, and bar play a central role in delivering a sense of escape for their guests. The new restaurant will be an Italian-inspired gathering place devoted to celebrating what it means to be free-spirited in Texas. It will offer fresh, crafted, and bright cuisine, statement cocktails and an enticing wine program. The interiors of the restaurant will reflect the property's natural surroundings, with a preserved olive tree located in the center of the restaurant and greenery throughout the space. The restaurant's patio will be a serene, hilltop hangout, offering one of the best views in Austin to enjoy while dining.
