Parkroyal Langkawi Resort Becomes Pan Pacific's 5th Hotel in Malaysia

Pan Pacific, a member of Singapore-listed UOL Group, has expanded its portfolio of Parkroyal hotels to the Malaysian island of Langkawi, an UNESCO Geopark.

Located on Tengah beach, the 301-room Parkroyal Langkawi Resort features a choice of guest rooms and suites that range in size from 437 sqft for a deluxe room to 1248 sqft for a two-bedroom apartment.

Even more spacious one to three-bedroom villas range from 2615 sqft to 3982 sqft and feature a cozy lounge area and a private plunge pool with direct access to the beach.

Dining options include an all-day dining restaurant offering a range of signature local favourites and international dishes, as well as a seafood restaurant and bar overlooking the Andaman Sea.

Other facilities include a spa, two pools, a jogging trail, fitness centre, a variety of meeting and event space, and a kids' club with an outdoor playground.

The group also expanded its serviced suites portfolio in the region in November 2022 with the opening of the 194-room Parkroyal Suites Bangkok located on Sukhumvit Soi 6, just a short walking distance to Nana BTS sky train station.

Upcoming openings include Parkroyal Serviced Suites Hanoi which overlooks the picturesque West Lake, and Parkroyal Serviced Suites Jakarta, in 2023 and 2024 respectively.

The company is expected to grow its portfolio to more than 50 hotels, resorts and serviced suites in over 30 cities across Asia Pacific, North America and Europe by 2024.
