Çırağan Palace Kempinski Istanbul, which is the indispensable address of distinguished travellers from all over the world with its magnificent nobility and unique location, invites its guests to an exciting journey between the past and the future after the redesign process in the hotel building. The entrance, lobby, rooms, suites and two new restaurants, where every detail has been redesigned with inspiration from the history and architecture of the Çırağan Palace, defy time with their admirable styles.
Çırağan Palace Kempinski Istanbul takes on a timeless identity by shining again with the original interpretation of Ottoman Art Expert Serdar Gülgün.
Being managed by Kempinski, Europe's oldest luxury hotel group, Çırağan Palace Kempinski Istanbul, evolves its entire hotel building into an even more impressive appearance with a poetic transformation. With the redesign of the hotel entrance, lobby, rooms, suites and two new restaurants, the most elegant and magnificent details of Ottoman art emphasise the perfect unity of the historical texture with the contemporary perspective. The classic design elements, dominated by an innovative style, are reminiscent of a different story in every corner from the moment the guests step into the hotel, immortalising original sections of the past. The elegantly designed entrance of the redesigned hotel section bears traces of the palace gardens. Lattice columns, a dome-shaped ceiling, specially designed chandeliers, the floor paved with podima pebbles inspired by the garden of Topkapı Palace, and the marble ornamental fountain create a unique integrity. The magnificent hotel lobby meets with the splendour of burgundy tones in which Iznik ceramics inspired by the 16th and 17th Iznik tiles, flamboyant chandeliers inspired by Murano chandeliers, an octagonal sitting group that is frequently seen in the centre of very large palace halls, adorned with turtle figures that refer to the history of the Çırağan Palace and at the same time represent wisdom and longevity and many more magnificent pieces come together.
The traditional magnificence of the Ottoman Empire draws attention in the redesign of the hotel rooms and suites.
In the rooms and suites, which reflect the modernised version of the Ottoman heritage with the creative and aesthetic touches of sought-after Ottoman Art Expert Serdar Gülgün, rare decorative objects stand out with their elegant magnificence and authentic delicacy. Corridors in striped styles designed with inspiration from ostentatious Ottoman tents, special headboards adorned with cintemani, tulips and patterned fabrics used in Ottoman art, mother-of-pearl furniture, armchairs inspired by the art of marbling, marble bathrooms referring to the deep-rooted Turkish bath tradition, and such design details containing many-layered stories, perfectly complement the unique nobility of the Çırağan Palace in the redesigned rooms and suites. The top-level suite in the hotel building offers a unique accommodation experience with its unique fabrics, furniture and accessories with fascinating designs, a bathroom with a hammam, a dining room section decorated with a special wallpaper made from an old Bosphorus engraving, and large balconies overlooking the Bosphorus.
Two brand-new restaurants offer guests a unique gastronomic experience.
The two new restaurants located in the hotel building are appreciated not only for their designs but also for their menus and service styles. Serving in the concept of a chef's restaurant, Akdeniz by Esra Muslu
