The name, voco, originates from Latin, meaning 'to invite' and 'call together' - reflecting the brand's thoughtful, unstuffy and charming nature. Located in the city's Rosemary District and just steps from downtown, voco Sarasota combines familiar comforts of home with the indulgences of a hotel, to create a stay experience that stands out from the crowd. With each stay, guests will enjoy a locally inspired welcome treat upon arrival, a comfy room with plush pillow and duvet fillings made from 100 percent recycled materials, and an invigorating shower with premium, plant-based amenities. Additional amenities include an outdoor pool, a fully equipped 24/7 fitness center, pet-friendly accommodations, and convenient access to local attractions via the hotel's complimentary shuttle and bike rentals.
