The Trump Organization has signed an agreement with Dar Global to develop a new luxury high-rise tower in Saudi Arabia.

The project

Located in Jeddah, the tower would be the Trump Organization's first major project in Saudi Arabia, marking an expansion of Donald Trump's business in the Middle East. It will target the luxury segment of Saudi Arabia's real estate market, alongside international investors, aligning with Dar Global's strategic growth plan.

This project leverages the successful partnership established through the Trump International Oman project within the AIDA development, one of the world's largest premium mixed-use real estate ventures.

Eric Trump, executive vice president of The Trump Organization, said: "We are thrilled to expand our footprint in the Middle East and bring the Trump standard of luxury to the region through our long-standing relationship with Dar Global.

"This collaboration embodies our shared vision of creating landmark developments that exude luxury, quality, and sophistication. Together with Dar Global, we are setting new benchmarks for excellence, aiming to meet the demand for iconic properties in key markets."

Attracting elite buyers

Dar Global, the international arm of Saudi mega-developer Dar Al Arkan, aims to capitalise on opportunities in key Saudi cities with this new development.

Dar Global, listed on the London Stock Exchange, manages projects worth US$5.9 billion across six countries: UAE, Oman, Qatar, UK, Spain, and Bosnia. The addition of Trump Tower Jeddah will further solidify its standing in the high-growth real estate market of Saudi Arabia.

Known for its partnerships with prestigious brands like Dolce & Gabbana and Lamborghini, Dar Global anticipates leveraging the Trump association to attract high-net-worth buyers.
