Formerly known as Turtle Bay Resort, the famed property has been acquired by Host Hotels & Resorts and is now managed by Marriott International.
Nestled along five miles of pristine North Shore coastline, O'ahu's Turtle Bay Resort transitioned to The Ritz-Carlton O'ahu, Turtle Bay on July 31, 2024. Host Hotels & Resorts, Inc., the nation's largest lodging real estate investment trust, acquired the 450-room property and transitioned management to Marriott International concurrent with the acquisition closing. The legendary destination is now part of the prestigious Ritz-Carlton brand, one that is internationally recognized for exceptional service, refinement, and luxury. The acquisition marks the third Hawai'i property in The Ritz-Carlton's expanding portfolio.
Turtle Bay Resort completed a major renovation in 2023, which unveiled newly designed public areas including the lobby, guest rooms and suites, private oceanfront bungalows, a new club lounge, fitness center, full-service spa, dining outlets, and more.
