Marriott International, Inc. today announced the 146-room Courtyard by Marriott Melbourne West has completed renovations to its guest rooms, meeting rooms, public spaces and fitness center. The newly refreshed hotel, located at 2101 West New Haven Avenue is owned by Highgate and managed by Marriott International, Inc. of Bethesda, Maryland. The renovation includes updated guest rooms with tub to shower conversions, updated public areas including all meeting rooms, as well as a refurbished and expanded fitness center with all new equipment.
The three-story hotel is nestled amidst the stunning landscape of the beautiful Florida Space Coast, two miles from Melbourne Orlando International Airport with convenient access to historic downtown Melbourne, Indialantic Beach, the Eau Gallie Art District and numerous dining, shopping and entertainment options. For corporate travelers the Courtyard by Marriott Melbourne West is nearby the offices of Northrop Grumman, Embraer and RTX Corporation.
The hotel's guest rooms were refreshed with new carpeting, furniture, artwork, wall coverings, and draperies. Guests will enjoy the Courtyard's signature features such as a well-lit workspace with ergonomic desk chair, spacious bathrooms and complimentary Wi-Fi. Other guestroom amenities include the latest in-room entertainment technology, allowing guests to access their Hulu, Netflix and YouTube accounts through the HDTV.

The hotel is hosting a Relaunch party on Tuesday, November 19, 2024, from 3:00 - 6:00 pm. Delicious Bistro food and drinks will be served including a champaign wall.
