Today, national developer PMG and global hospitality company Hilton (NYSE: HLT) proudly announce the launch of Waldorf Astoria Residences Denver Cherry Creek. Located at 185 N Steele St., this exceptional condominium will mark the debut of one of the world's most iconic hospitality brands, Waldorf Astoria, in the Colorado market. Concept design for the property is led by Denver-based Shears Adkins Rockmore (SAR+) in collaboration with renowned architect Carlos Ott. Award-winning interior design firm BAMO will incorporate elegant and streamlined design with dramatic accents and raw, yet refined materials inspired by the snow-capped Rockies.
Waldorf Astoria Residences Denver Cherry Creek will consist of fully finished luxury residences ranging from 1,350 square feet to 4,320 square feet.
