Related Group, Tate Capital and Rok Acquisitions unveil vision for a Monaco-inspired yachter's paradise, set to transform the iconic marina and deliver a luxury lifestyle under the esteemed St. Regis brand.

Powerhouse developers Related Group (Related), Tate Capital and Rok Acquisitions, in collaboration with hospitality leader Marriott International, unveiled plans for The St. Regis Resort and Residences, Bahia Mar Fort Lauderdale.

A decade in the making, the first phase of the $2 billion development will elevate the premier megayacht marina — home to the world's largest in-water boat show — into a world-class, Monaco-inspired lifestyle destination, complete with branded residential towers, a flagship St. Regis hotel, a private beach club, and a selection of signature fine dining and upscale retail. Sales for The St. Regis Residences, Bahia Mar, Fort Lauderdale (The Residences) are now underway.

Spanning over 40 acres of land and water, this extraordinary development will unfold in two phases, transforming the site into a tropical sanctuary. At its heart are two 23-story residential towers and a 197-key luxury hotel, all under the iconic St. Regis brand. Masterfully crafted by an elite design team, the visionary architecture is led by the renowned Arquitectonica, complemented by refined interiors from London-based Tara Bernerd & Partners, helmed by esteemed designer Tara Bernerd. The master plan includes 88,000 square feet of luxurious waterfront commercial space featuring restaurants and boat docking, a public park along the Intracoastal Waterway and a 25-foot-wide pedestrian promenade encircling the property's west, north and south sides. The first phase will feature 160 elegantly appointed condominium homes spread across the two residential towers, alongside exclusive resort residences atop the hotel. The condominiums will include three- and four-bedroom options ranging from 2,600 to 3,550 square feet, in addition to stunning penthouse residences. The homes feel like secluded villas, featuring private elevator foyers and expansive, flowing spaces. Designed for effortless living and entertaining, these light-filled residences showcase modern, open layouts and wraparound glass terraces that provide sweeping views of the Atlantic Ocean, Intracoastal Waterway and Fort Lauderdale skyline. The Residences within the hotel will offer one to three bedrooms, in addition to penthouse options.
