IHG Hotels & Resorts has introduced its Vignette Collection brand to Vietnam as Moire Hoi An joins the fast-growing family of one-of-a-kind hotels in destinations to remember. The name 'Moire' borrows from the term used to describe the rippled or wave pattern from scrunched silk.
