Nicolas Gautier has been appointed General Manager at Le Méridien Tahiti
Drawing upon 27 years experience with the Le Méridien brand, Nicolas Gautier is responsible for all operations of Le Méridien Tahiti as General Manager. He joins the resort from Le Méridien Mandji in Gabon and Le Méridien Douala in Cameroon, where he served as General Manager at both properties. Born in Algeria, Gautier earned a Scientific Baccalaureat from Lycee Henri IV and an Advanced Specialist degree in Hotel Management from Ecole Hoteliere Jean Drouant. The appointment and promotion come during Le Méridien Tahiti’s property-wide renovation, which is scheduled to be complete in December 2010. The multi-million-dollar project, which includes enhancements to all public spaces and accommodations, will result in a contemporary, culturally refined and sophisticated atmosphere across the resort, bringing Le Méridien Tahiti in line with new standards for the Le Méridien brand.
