Michele Frank named Director of Sales & Marketing at The Westin Resort & Casino, Aruba in Palm Beach
With over 20 years of hospitality experience, Michele will oversee all sales and marketing activities, including group and leisure sales, food and beverage, catering and public relations for the 481-room resort located on Palm Beach in Aruba. Michele has been a part of the Starwood Hotels and Resorts family for over five years as her most recent position was director of sales at the Westin Diplomat Golf Resort & Spa in Florida. She was responsible for overseeing twelve sales managers with an annual goal of $46 million for the 1,058-room resort. Prior to that role she was the associate director of sales at the St. Regis Resort, Fort Lauderdale where she oversaw booking groups from incentive, Midwest and west coast markets of a luxury resort.
