Ron Shashi Kumar has been appointed Assistant Director of Learning and Development at One World Hotel
One World Hotel, Petaling Jaya has appointed Ron Shashi Kumar as assistant director of learning and development. Previously, Kumar was assistant director of Learning and Development at the Saujana Golf and Country Club and Saujana Hotel. In his new role, he will liaise with functional and departmental managers and associates to understand all necessary aspects and needs of associate learning and development, and to ensure they are fully informed of associate’s learning and development objectives, purposes and achievements.
