Simon DellA British national who grew up in Switzerland and graduated in Business and Hospitality Administration from Johnson and Wales University, Simon brings strong expertise in hotel operations, pre-openings and organisational change. Simon’s career with ONYX began in 2008 as Executive Assistant Manager of Amari Orchid Pattaya, before being appointed General Manager of Amari Vogue Krabi in 2009. His most recent role was General Manager of the newly opened Amari Hua Hin. In his new position, Simon will be responsible for the opening of the group’s first OZO property, OZO Wesley Hong Kong, as well as overseeing the operations of ONYX’s North Asia division.
