Neo Ping Peng has been appointed Director of Sales at Swissôtel Merchant Court in Singapore
Neo Ping Peng started her career with Albert Court Hotel, Singapore in 2001 as Sales Coordinator and was soon promoted to the position of Sales Manager. She moved to the Royal Plaza on Scotts, Singapore in 2004 as Sales Manager and took on the role as Senior Business Development Manager in 2007. Bringing with her 7 years of sales experience in the hospitality industry, Neo joined the Traders Singapore as Assistant Director of Sales in 2008 and subsequently rise to the position of Director of Sales in 2010 where she had to oversee and maintain high sales performance for the MICE, corporate and wholesale segments. Prior to joining Swissôtel Merchant Court, Neo was the Director of Sales at the Mövenpick Sentosa, Singapore. In her new role as Director of Sales at Swissôtel Merchant Court, Neo will be assisting the Director of Sales & Marketing, Michelle Lee, to provide effective leadership and strategic direction to the sales team and ensure that maximum profitability and growth are in line with Swissôtel Merchant Court’s vision, mission and values. Neo will also be focusing on developing core business initiatives and securing major business accounts for the 476-room hotel.
