Marcus Keenan has been appointed General Manager at Heritage Auckland
Marcus has been the acting resident manager at the recently reopened Heritage Christchurch this year. He has also worked for the Heritage Hotel Management group in the past as the general manager of the Heritage Rotorua for five years. He has a strong background in management of hotels with large conference facilities and extensive food and beverage outlets, plus, both national and international hospitality experience. His qualifications include hospitality operational management and business studies. He was chair of the New Zealand Hotel Council (Rotorua Region) and also a member of its National Board for several years, as well as being a board member of ITOC and Destination Rotorua.
