Ryan Hutchings joined glamping.com as General Manager
Glamping.com, a discerning guide to experiential travel, announced that it has hired Ryan Hutchings to lead the marketing and business strategy moving forward. Mr. Hutchings will utilize his extensive online marketing expertise and deep industry knowledge to grow the Glamping.com brand and expand the glamping – glamorous camping – travel segment as whole. Mr. Hutchings has been a marketing leader in the travel and tourism industry for over 10 years. Most recently he led the marketing efforts of leading vacation rental technology and wholesaler LeisureLink (previously known as VacationRoost). During that time Ryan saw the company through multiple acquisitions, new business product launches and a massive consumer marketing campaign that has more than doubled in volume over the last couple of years. Besides running successful companies in the travel space, Ryan Hutchings is also a leader in the online marketing industry. He is a founding board member of Utah’s largest online marketing professional organization and has been invited to speak around the nation as a leading expert in PPC, SEO and Conversion Optimization. Glamping as a segment in the travel industry has seen exponential growth. A few years ago it was estimated that fewer than 50 glamping sites existed in North America and Glamping.com currently shows that the U.S. alone has 200+ glamping accommodations.
