Liza Ortiz has been appointed Director of Human Resources at Al Bustan Center & Residence
Ortiz will have the primary responsibility in planning, developing and evaluating human resource-related initiatives that support hotel strategic goals. In addition, she will continue to supervise staff and report to the chief operating officer on issues related to the implementation of policies and procedures, recruiting and hiring high-performing employees, performance management, leaning and development, talent assessment and effective employee relationships, including negotiating and administering labour agreements.
