Josh Kougl Josh Kougl joins the talented food and beverage team at Culina, Modern Italian as General Manager. He has more than a decade of management experience, and will provide exceptional guest service and an unwavering attention to detail in his new position. Most recently, Kougl served as a general manager at the Innovative Dining Group (IDG), where he spent one year at RivaBella Ristorante, and began at IDG at Katana Sushi and Robata, starting in 2011. Prior to IDG, Kougl worked as the Windows Lounge Manager at Four Seasons Hotel Los Angeles at Beverly Hills. Culina, Modern Italian is an accessible dining destination serving classic Italian cuisine, refreshed for a distinctly California palate. Helmed by Executive Chef Mette Williams, the restaurant is known for its beautiful crudo bar, housemade pastas, seasonally-inspired plates and wood-fired pizzas, all prepared with nuance and respect for the ingredients. Wine Director Chris Bradford has curated Culina's extensive wine list, which includes a large contingent of bottles available by the half-carafe, as well as by-the-glass offerings. The restaurant is open for breakfast, lunch and dinner daily, along with a decadent Sunday brunch buffet. Culina, Modern Italian is located on the Lobby Level of Four Seasons Hotel Los Angeles at Beverly Hills, at 300 South Doheny Drive in Los Angeles.
