Josh Mitchell Joining the team as Food & Beverage Manager is Josh Mitchell (left). Originally from the United Kingdom where he studied International Hospitality Management he moved to Thailand in 2011. He brings to Kata Rocks excellent F&B Operations experience gained from management positions on the island including Operations Manager of ZAZADA Beach Club and General Manager of Breeze at Cape Yamu Restaurant. The restaurant and bar at Kata Rocks is already getting well known on the island for its dining and imbibing and looks to passionately drive the culinary experiences further in the future. “Josh is passionate, talented and innovative which will further evolve what we have begun here,” commented Scot Toon General Manager.
